Official transcripts must be sent from any previously attended institutions to the attention of Registrar’s Office. These requests should be completed during the admissions process to ensure maximum transfer credit application.

Q: Where do I view my class schedule?
A: You may view your class schedule by logging into the student portal.

Q: Who do I contact if I have to miss or running late for a class?
A: Contact your professor via school e-mail. Calls to the front desk are not a guaranteed way to let your professor know you will not be in attendance.

Q: What do I need to do if I want to drop a class?
A: Contact your Academic Advisor immediately. You will also need to speak to the Financial Aid Department as changes in enrollment may affect your financial aid disbursement, if applicable.

Q: I don’t agree with the grade I received from my instructor, what can I do?
A: Students should discuss the issue with their instructor first. Both the student and faculty member work to resolve the issue at this level. If resolution does not occur at the end of the course, the student should follow the Grade Changes policy in the ÈÎÄã²Ù¸£Àû Catalog.

Q: How do I obtain an official/unofficial transcript?
A: Students can go to Transcript Requests/Document Requests section of the ÈÎÄã²Ù¸£Àû Website to order transcripts.

Q: Will I be issued a school email?
A: You should have received an email with credentials (includes school email, login, and password) for your new student email when you were accepted to your program of study. This email is titled Set Up Your Student Email. Please sign into this account as soon as possible. Go to the Gmail landing/sign-in page by clicking the following link .
